Flooding Leaves Residents Trapped In Neighborhood

Major flooding has left a Cleveland County neighborhood with no way out. At least a dozen families can’t get out of their neighborhood because a big chunk of the roadway was washed away. Residents say they are trying to get volunteers together to fix the roadway because the homeowners association doesn’t have the money. They say something needs to happen quickly. "We’ve got a lot of sick people," said resident Brenda Rickman. "We have a handicapped person. We have people who are disabled."
