Canadian Independent Adjusters' Association announces new National President

Charman assumed the role from outgoing president Patti Kernaghan during the CIAA Annual General Meeting and Conference held August 26 - 29, 2010 in Victoria, BC. "I worked with a terrific executive that made my job easy," Kernaghan said during the President's Banquet on August 28, 2010. Mary is enthusiastic to continue the work started by her predecessors and in the coming year, CIAA's focus will be the key strategic priorities identified as a result of last year's strategic planning exercise: Professional Status/Differentiation; Industry Recognition/Branding and Communications; Licensing Harmonization; Education; and Career recruitment.
